How to Register for a Sportsplex Football League
Step 1 – Register
- Register your team Online to reserve your spot in the League. Please include an accurate email address so that we can follow up with you on your registration.

Step 2 – Fill out Paperwork
- Please enter all information and mail or email completed forms below to John Connor.
The Team Registration form will be used as your official roster, please include each players full name and jersey number. We MUST have a current waiver form on file for ALL players. Please have a waiver completed for each player every season.
Step 3 – Payment
- All fees are due prior to or on the registration deadline and must be paid in full before your team will be placed on the schedule. We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). We no longer take credit card payments over the phone. Please make checks out to The Sportsplex.
Step 4 – Conflicts
- If you have any major conflicts for the upcoming season please email email@example.com. Please include your team name and when you can’t play. Keep in mind we will have several teams with conflicts so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to work around every conflict, but we will do our best. Please be mindful that a conflict is something that occurs one time such as a tournament or school function. The conflict sheet is not meant for you to pick and choose when you want to play. You will need to be flexible with the league days you signed up for.
