Birthday Party at Sportsplex
Thank you for the inquiry about a party at Sportsplex. We are flexible in the games that are played. A few of our party game ideas include flag football, dodgeball, basketball, soccer, kickball, floor hockey, and volleyball. Below are the costs involved and each covers the cost of the facility rental, the party room and 1 party staff:
- 15 – 30 participants -- $7.50/person/hour ($11.25 for 1.5 hours)
- 31 – 45 participants -- $8.00/person/hour ($12.00 for 1.5 hours)
- 46 and above -- $10.00/person/hour ($15.00 for 1.5 hours)
Additional items for purchase (optional):
- Meal - Pizza (2 slices w/ drink), Hot Dog (hot dog, chips, drink) $5.50/person
- Drinks alone (Gatorade, bottled water, fountain drinks) $2.00/person
- Popcorn & Drinks $2.50/person
We supply a party room for the event that can seat approximately 35 children. We do not supply paper party products i.e... Plates, napkins, tablecloths, or decoration but you are welcome to bring those to decorate the room. We allow you to bring in the party cake/cupcakes but no additional outside food or drinks!!
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for events. Cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to the full charge of the rental. We do not require a deposit, you can pay in full at the end of the party. If you choose to purchase food and drinks they must be rung up separately.
